A Great Opportunity for Someone Who Likes to Stay Busy and Keep Things Moving

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and trainable Shipping & Logistics Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, pays attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a team.

You do not need to know everything on day one. The right person will be someone who is willing to learn our processes, systems, and customer requirements and who can be counted on to follow through.

    What You’ll Do

    • Package parts and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
    • Use computer software, customer portals, and other systems to track, review, prioritize, and route orders.
    • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including pick slips, bills of lading, advance shipping notices, and other required paperwork.
    • Coordinate the flow of packages from preparation through shipment to make sure orders move out accurately and on time.
    • Inspect labels, barcodes, packaging, and other details before orders are shipped.
    • Work closely with the warehouse, purchasing, and management teams to keep shipping operations running smoothly.
    • Research and help resolve issues related to shipped orders.
    • Follow company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
    • Communicate shipping activity, concerns, and issues to management.
    • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

    What We’re Looking For

    The ideal candidate is:

    • Dependable and consistent – you show up, follow through, and take responsibility for your work.
    • Detail-oriented – you understand that getting labels, paperwork, quantities, and shipments right matters.
    • Comfortable learning new things – you are willing to learn computer systems, shipping software, and company procedures.
    • Organized – you can keep track of multiple orders and priorities throughout the day.
    • A team player – you communicate well and work cooperatively with others.
    • Problem-solving minded – when something doesn't look right, you speak up and help find a solution.
    • Willing to work hands-on – this is not strictly a desk position and requires moving throughout the work area.

Previous shipping or warehouse experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

    Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

    • Sit and/or stand for extended periods.
    • Walk throughout the work area.
    • Use hands to handle materials, tools, and controls.
    • Reach with hands and arms.
    • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
    • Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
    • Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday, including boxes and other materials.

Why This Could Be a Great Fit

If you're looking for an opportunity where you can learn a new skill set, become an important part of a team, and build on your experience, we'd like to hear from you.

We're looking for the right fit—not necessarily someone who already knows every part of the job. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in doing quality work, this could be a great opportunity to grow.
