Stillwater Industries LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping Clerk to join our team in East Freetown, MA. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and label outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
• Process shipping orders using shipping software and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.)
• Verify shipment contents against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices
• Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Maintain organized records of all outgoing shipments and tracking information
• Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper handling of all materials
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or logistics preferred
• Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order verification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or inventory management systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or GED required
