SHIPPING CLERK
LOCATION: MALAGA - SHIPPING - ARVIN, CA.
SHIFT: SWING (Monday - Saturday, 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm)
REPORTS TO: SHIPPING SUPERVISOR/MANAGER

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Clerk/Receptionist for the shipping department to perform light secretarial work and maintain shipping records and distribute paperwork to appropriate personnel. What You Will Need:
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Basic math skills.
- Must be able to handle a high volume of phone calls.
- Must have the ability to communicate with people with a positive attitude in a highly intense work environment.
- Must be dependable and efficient.
- Remote work is not available for this position.
- Must be bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
What will set you apart:
- Prior shipping experience.
- Familiar with GIS system (Grimmway Information System).
- Proficient in 10-key data entry by touch.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
Benefits
Starting Wage: $17.50 + 0.20 (Night Premium) / Hour
Filling Deadline: September 2nd, 2026
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
