Summary
Support the smooth flow of our transportation and customer fulfillment operations. As a Shipping Clerk, you will play a key role in coordinating appointment scheduling, managing late coding, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure efficient daily operations. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will help maintain accurate scheduling, resolve issues quickly, and contribute to a seamless logistics process. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing outstanding service while keeping operations running efficiently.
Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:30pm-12:30am. Weekends/Saturdays as business needs dictate.
