Position Summary:

2nd Swing Golf is looking for an individual to join our team as a Part-Time Shipping Associate. In this role, you will work alongside our shipping team to accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders, ensuring golf equipment is packaged securely and arrives quickly and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Part-time shifts are available Sunday from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM and Monday-Friday between 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Specific shifts and hours will be discussed during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize incoming packages and materials.
• Verify orders and shipping quantities against picking documents to ensure accuracy.
• Process completed orders and generate shipping labels.
• Assemble boxes and other packaging, ensuring items are securely packed with appropriate fillers and protective materials.
• Accurately apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure packages are picked up and loaded for shipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shipping stations.
• Transport packages to carrier locations as needed.
• Support the overall team by completing additional shipping and warehouse tasks as needed.

Position Qualifications: 

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask, handle varying daily priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Experience shipping, receiving or service experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift Items up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

$16 - $18 per hour, based on experience
