Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Clerk

Gpac has partnered with an Ag company currently seeking a skilled and motivated Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the shipping and receiving operations, ensuring the efficient flow of products in and out of the warehouse.

Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the shipping and receiving team, providing leadership and guidance.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Oversee inventory control, conducting regular audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics and operations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all shipping and receiving activities.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments promptly.
• Optimize warehouse processes.
• Implement best practices for packaging, labeling, and shipping methods.

Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Clerk Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, with a focus on shipping and receiving.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Clerk Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
