As a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you'll oversee daily logistics operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate inventory workflows. You'll partner with warehouse staff to streamline processes, supervise shipping and receiving tasks, and uphold quality standards to support our production goals.
What You'll Do
As a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory activities on a daily basis
- Using barcode scanners, QR code readers, and inventory-tracking systems within a production environment
- Leading and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Operating forklifts and JCB track loaders to move products efficiently
- Ensuring all paperwork and documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory are completed accurately
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 2+ years experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics roles
- Supervisory or team-lead background
- Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts and JCB track loaders preferred
- Experience in seafood processing, food manufacturing, cold storage, or handling refrigerated/frozen products preferred

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Gardiner, ME, and offers a 6am start time from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility based on production needs. The work requires physical capability for lifting and standing in cold, wet environments.
