Shipping & Receiving Specialist
$25–$29/hour | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Direct Hire
We’re looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Technician to join our team. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and competitive pay.
If you’re organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and have experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments
  • Verify quantities, paperwork, and shipment information
  • Safely move materials throughout the facility
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to keep materials moving
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Assist with additional warehouse and material-handling duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • International shipping experience
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time
Pay: $25–$29/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
