Shipping and Receiving Representative

What You'll Do

• Reports directly to the Resource Technology Manager
• Communicate inventory quantity needs at Kansas branch office to ensure the minimum required levels of all supplies are on hand which includes but is not limited to items such as vests, hats, visors, stop signs, handbooks, whistles, lanyards, ponchos.
• Ensure that orders are complete and shipped and delivered in a timely manner.
• Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders.
• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders at the purview of the Resource Technology Manager.
• Maintain the organization of the on-site storage area.
• Supply Request preparation and shipment.
• Maintain office equipment, order, and stock office supplies.
• Forms; ensure current and in stock

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular standing, walking, sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, and preparing shipments throughout the day.

Applicants should be able to:

• Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, twist, kneel, squat, and reach overhead.
• Use standard office equipment and shipping materials.
• Maintain close attention to detail while preparing shipments and inventory.
