Order Picker / Loader

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our fast-paced cold storage warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and fill orders in a refrigerated/freezer environment
Lift and move frozen products weighing between 15110 lbs
Stage products for loading onto trucks
Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume setting
Follow all safety procedures and remain aware of surrounding equipment and traffic

Requirements:

Ability to perform basic math, including multiplication
Basic reading skills for order accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment
Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
Strong awareness of surroundings in a high-traffic warehouse

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or order picking experience (a plus, but not required)
