Shipping & Receiving Associate / Sit-Down Forklift Operator

$20$22/hour, depending on experience
6:00 AM6:00 PM | Rotating 3/2 day schedule
CHASE Staffing is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate with at least 2 years of recent stable Shipping and Receiving with sit-down forklift experience and knowledge of warehouse shipping and receiving operations.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and process Bills of Lading and Master Bills of Lading.
Handle export paperwork, shippers export declarations, commercial invoices, advance shipping notifications, and special customer requests.
Coordinate shipments of finished products and receipt of raw materials.
Accurately ship finished goods and unload and store raw materials.
Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks and move products throughout the warehouse.
Use an RF scanner to track product movement.
Clear the hold line and place products in designated warehouse locations.
Provide backup coverage and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of recent sit-down forklift experience.
General knowledge of daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations.
Availability to work the rotating 3/2 schedule, 6:00 AM6:00 PM.
Clean criminal Background check and drug screen required.
Assignment Details
Ideally we are seeking TEMP TO HIRE CANDIDATES
We are seeking someone for a possible Temp to hire role. Will start as a temporary assignment is expected to last at least 6 months and may extend based on business needs. There is potential for temp-to-hire consideration based on performance and business needs; permanent employment is not guaranteed.
