Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Forklift Associate
Pay: $19 per hour
Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

As a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Associate, you'll play a crucial role in managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth operations in a busy manufacturing environment. You'll work closely with the warehouse team to support shipping, receiving, and storage activities, facilitating the timely delivery of products while practicing safety and efficiency.

What You'll Do

As a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating mechanized equipment safely, efficiently, and within specifications.
  • Loading and unloading materials and finished goods using powered industrial vehicles.
  • Preparing shipping documentation and keeping accurate records.
  • Generating inbound and outbound shipping labels.
  • Verifying accuracy of shipping and receiving orders and records.
  • Transferring products between cold storage and manufacturing areas.
  • Entering and maintaining accurate data in SAP systems.
  • Assisting in tracking missing or delayed shipments.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
  • Forklift experience is a MUST (certification preferred—please bring it on your first day).
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or lead roles in warehouse environments is a plus.

This position is on-site in Salem, Oregon, working Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm. Weekend hours may be needed occasionally, but advanced notice will be provided.
