Ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely coordination, processing, tracking, receipt, and delivery of incoming and outgoing parcels, packages, and freight in support of the LMU community.

Requisite Qualifications
COMPLEXITY: Ability to meet daily deadlines in processing an average volume of 60-100 parcels or shipments. Problem solving capabilities and organizational skills needed to coordinate equipment schedules, accounting functions, and related tasks. Effectively utilize student staff and existing facilities to perform job related tasks in the most efficient manner possible with concern given to the needs of the customer.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ASSETS: Responsible for expensive material processed, without fail, on a timely basis. These materials include, but are not limited to, the following: Incoming shipments of printing materials, products, needed in the science and health center as well as for the rest of the LMU community.

Must constantly stand, walk, use fingers to hold and handle objects, speak clearly, hear, and see both near and far with depth perception and color vision. Frequently must lift up to 100 pounds, stoop, and reach. Occasionally must sit, carry, push, and pull up to 100 pounds, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

Occasionally must work in confined spaces. Frequently exposed to extreme heat, temperature changes, and noises over 80 decibels. Occasionally exposed to wetness and humidity.
