Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Fill customers' orders in accordance with specifications on order form.
Receive and read customer order to identify item(s) to be pulled.
Responsible for operating the warehouse machinery in a safe manner and reporting any equipment maintenance or problems to your immediate supervisor.
Ensure inventory and shipping transactions are completed.
Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
Move items to appropriate areas.
Record amounts of materials or items moved into computer database.
Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts.
Maintain inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed, writing shortage lists and distributing them as required.
Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Microsoft Office knowledge required.
3 plus years' warehouse and shipping and receiving coordinator experience preferred.
Forklift operator experience required.
Overhead crane experience preferred.
