Shipping and Receiving Clerk

A fast-moving food production facility is urgently seeking a high-performing Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Driver to keep daily warehouse operations running without interruption. This role requires someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and maintain accuracy under pressure. Immediate impact is expected — and strong performers will be considered for long-term hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to rapidly load and unload materials and finished goods.

• Verify, document, and process all incoming and outgoing shipments with zero errors.

• Stage materials for production to prevent downtime and ensure continuous workflow.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and strict GMP compliance at all times.

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and distribution during peak demand.

• Perform cycle counts and support logistics to keep inventory moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of shipping/receiving experience (manufacturing or food production preferred).

• Valid forklift certification (sit-down and stand-up).

• Strong understanding of inventory systems and shipping documentation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable, detail-driven, and committed to teamwork.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, Monday–Friday.

• Temp-to-hire with immediate need and strong growth potential.

• Pay: $22.00 per hour
