Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and ship customer orders (small parcels & LTL), completing all related documentation and executing shipments via Epicor.
• Receive, inspect, and log inbound deliveries; communicate receipt status and process ERP transactions.
• Pack stainless steel parts for stock inventory following SOPs; create labels and verify accuracy.
• Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate ERP data.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and communicate proactively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, operating equipment safely.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of pipes, flanges, and finished goods inventory.

Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and safety awareness.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
