SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM
Pay: $21/hr

We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, verifying incoming materials, maintaining records, and ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify incoming shipments and inspect for damage or discrepancies
  • Process, label, and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • Coordinate deliveries, returns, and shipping methods
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and reports
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal departments
  • Drive company vehicle to UPS and FedEx drop-off locations
  • Maintain organized records and files
  • Promote a safe and positive work environment
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to pass DMV background check
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
