Allied Stainless is seeking a dependable, organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse and operations team. If you have experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (forklift experience preferred).
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe shipping and receiving area.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Forklift certification or experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
