Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification
• Overhead crane experience or ability to obtain certification
• Basic carpentry skills are a plus
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with assistance
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Job Duties:

• Build crates and prepare materials for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain warehouse organization, inventory locations, and material counts
• Support 5S initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Assist with general warehouse operations and additional duties as assigned
• Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment

What You Will Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

A Shipping and Receiving Associate helps keep warehouse operations running efficiently by coordinating the receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of products. This position requires strong organizational abilities, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.
