Shipping and Inventory Coordinator

A growing medical supplier in King of Prussia is seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Shipping and Inventory Coordinator . The ideal candidate will be a team player who is eager to learn and gorw in a fast paced environment. The selected candidate will have the abitly to multi task responsibities with accuracy in a timely manner. Accuracy and paying attention to detail is paramount to this role .

Responsibities :

• Maintaining contact lists for prospective clients and vendors
• Maintaining inventory of office supplies
• Maintaining the organization of the office including but not limited to : filing cabinets and supply room
• Managing all marketing materials and shipping them to offices and sales reps
• Managing shipping reports and handle order expectations
• Shipping and proper preparation of packages for external customers
• Ability to multitask and jump in when needed
• Other dutires as assigned by management
• Handles shipping mail and other materials by FEDEX
