Job Summary
Compiles and maintains material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist Supply Chain and Operations personnel with physical movement of material.
- Enter basis issue/ receipt/ return-to-stockroom transactions into SAP.
- Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories.
- Research inventory discrepancies, adjusts balances on SAP.
- Recommends actions to prevent error recurrences.
- Where applicable, maintain part identity, lot/heat, quantity integrity.
- Advise other employees on proper material handling.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Ability to efficiently enter data into ERP (SAP).
- A positive attitude, the willingness to learn, and an excellent work ethic.
- Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Education Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent.

- Occasional lifting (max. 40 lbs.)
