Hire Dynamics is searching for a Shipper helper/forklift for a facility in Gastonia, NC.
The Shipper Helper is responsible for safely operating a forklift and assisting with the loading, unloading, packing, and shipment of products. This role ensures materials are prepared, packaged, and loaded accurately to meet customer and shipping requirement.
Shift/Pay:
- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
- Pay $16

Responsibilities for shipper helper/forklift operator include:
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials, products, and pallets throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks according to shipping schedules and safety procedures.
- Pack boxes, crates, and other containers to protect products during transit.
- Verify shipment quantities, labels, and packing lists for accuracy.
- Stage materials for shipment and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Secure loads using straps, shrink wrap, and other packaging materials.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and inspecting materials for damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Report damaged products, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Experience loading, unloading, and packaging shipments preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
