Pay Rate: $21/hr Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Position Summary
Seeking a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to support warehouse and logistics operations. This role involves sit-down forklift operation, coordinating shipments, scheduling carrier pickups, and building wooden shipping crates. Ideal candidates will have strong shipping experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Schedule carrier pickups and manage shipping logistics
Build wooden shipping crates using basic hand tools
Load and unload materials and finished goods
Maintain accurate shipping documentation
Follow safety and warehouse procedures
Requirements
2+ years of sit-down forklift experience
23 years of direct shipping experience
Experience scheduling carrier pickups and coordinating shipments
Experience building wooden shipping crates
Ability to use basic woodworking tools (drill, hammer, handsaw)
