What You Need
- 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience
- Experience handling guest complaints and coaching hourly team members in the moment
- Experience giving direction during a busy shift and supporting trainers/new hires
- Valid driver's license (or able to obtain one)
- Managerial ServSafe certification
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available for early morning shifts and weekends
- FOH/BOH, expo, or opening/closing experience a plus
- Fast-casual, brunch, breakfast, or high-volume experience a plus
The Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you're the bridge between training and leadership — running the floor, coaching in real time, and holding the team to Vicious standards. You'll:
- Lead and run shifts with full floor ownership, assigning positions and delegating tasks
- Coach and develop team members in the moment across FOH and BOH
- Support the guest experience and resolve issues quickly, modeling Southern hospitality
- Monitor speed, quality, and cleanliness throughout the shift
- Execute opening/closing duties and maintain building safety and security
- Run any position in the restaurant with full knowledge of restaurant flow
- Support training and development of team members, trainers, and Certified Trainers
