Responsibilities
What You'll DoSupport daily cafe operations, lead and motivate associates during your shift, assist guests, uphold food quality and service standards, and help create a fun, welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Prior food service or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for great guest experiences and team development
- Team-oriented with a desire to learn and grow
