Shift Supervisor

Job Title: Shift SupervisorHourly Pay: $19 - $25/hour

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and support our team during scheduled shifts. In this role, you will ensure smooth workflow, promote a positive team environment, and uphold high standards of service and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise team activities and delegate tasks to ensure timely and efficient shift operations
• Provide training, coaching, and real-time feedback to team members to ensure adherence to policies and quality standards
• Assist with handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally and effectively
• Monitor shift performance in areas such as sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory levels, organize supplies, and ensure workplace readiness throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Coordinate scheduling adjustments and staff assignments as needed

• Ensure clear communication between shifts and across departments

• Support operational goals by implementing company procedures and strategies
• Complete shift reports and provide updates to management regarding team and operational performance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

• 12 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead position

• Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions

• Basic knowledge of operations, safety protocols, and inventory systems

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
