Our Shift Supervisors play an important role in the day to day running of the business. Youll work on shift with the team to cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensure that best practices are being followed, and hold the team accountable for providing a safe and clean environment for our employees and our guests!

What Youll Do

• Lead shifts with confidence and ensure operational standards are consistently met
• Provide coaching, support, and direction to team members
• Deliver warm, friendly, and respectful service to every guest
• Foster a strong team culture

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous experience leading a team in a quick-service restaurant or fast-food environment
• Knowledge of food safety
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong leadership & communication skills!
