Key Responsibilities

• Teach and practice Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.
• Lead by example with strong time-management skills.
• Coach and develop team members while fostering a positive culture.
• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the restaurant.
• Build relationships with guests and handle any issues with care.

Required Skills & Experience

• Natural leadership skills with a self-starting personality.
• Strong communication skills with both guests and team members.
• Ability to use a point-of-sale system effectively.
• A team-player mentality, willing to assist co-workers.

Physical Requirements

• Availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to bend, stoop, and occasionally use a ladder.
