1st Shift Supervisor | $23/hr
Location: Andover, MA
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Production/Warehouse Lead to join our team in a supervisory capacity. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring productivity, quality, and attendance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support multiple Temporary Associates
- Provide leadership to other Production/Warehouse Leads as needed
- Coordinate daily schedules, assignments, and workflow
- Manage timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing performance support
- Communicate attendance or performance concerns with the staffing agency
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met
- Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing lead/supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with scheduling and timekeeping systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
