Shift Supervisor

This position is responsible for providing technical support and leadership while developing and implementing best practices to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction.

Responsibilities:

• Support process improvement projects
• Supporting KPI's
• Implementing the manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, equipment issues and data collection and analysis. 
• Assist with outage planning and operational scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Chemical Engineering degree
• 2+ years manufacturing experience

Base salary is $75K - $85K DOE.  Relocation assistance offered.
