Responsibilities include maintaining logs and tracking vehicle use and maintenance specifically for second and weekend shifts.  DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESOversee/coordinate staff/client schedule to insure services prioritized and rendered in an efficient manner.Work in collaboration with the Sr. Case Manager and the Fleet Manager to oversee use and maintenance of program vehicles.Coordinate and act as a liaison with nursing services during scheduled shift, in collaboration with Clinical Director. Insure that case managers, clinicians, on-call staff, psychiatrists, conservators, and YAS management are informed of any incidents or other pertinent events that take place during a shift and supervise appropriate documentation. Provide direction/supervision to case management/respite staff. Oversee/coordinate staff schedule, making changes/additions as needed. Complete all clinical/non-clinical paperwork required by Bridges.
