Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers attentively and enthusiastically.
• Ensure team delivers exceptional service behaviors.
• Properly train new Associates on Donatos standards.
• Manage food, labor, and costs effectively.
• Open and/or close the restaurant with accuracy.

Essential Requirements:

• Must meet productivity standards safely.
• Able to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager preferred.
• Ability to execute all items on the Shift Manager readiness checklist.
