Position Summary
The Shift Manager supports daily restaurant operations by leading shifts, coaching team members, and ensuring a great guest experience. This role is hands-on and focused on execution—helping deliver hot food fast while creating a “Perfect Every Time” experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team during assigned shifts
- Coach team members and ensure strong performance
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly
- Complete basic shift operations (cash handling, reports, checklists)
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year of restaurant or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, adaptable, and team-focused
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
