Is This You? Were looking for someone whos: 18+ years old Experienced - 1 year in restaurant or retail (Shift Lead experience preferred) A confident communicator and approachable team player Passionate about service, leadership, and doing things right Reliable, punctual, and thrives in a fast-moving environment Organized and detail-oriented, with basic math and cash handling skills Physically capable - able to move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain) Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S. Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Committed to upholding Taco Bells values of inclusion, equity, integrity, and hospitality
What Youll Do: As the Manager in Charge (MIC) during your shift, youll: Lead the team with energy, focus, and positive vibes Ensure guests leave happy by resolving concerns quickly and professionally Oversee shift tasks, food safety, order accuracy, and cleanliness Set the standard by modeling great service and product quality Provide coaching, recognition, and real-time feedback to team members Assist in training and onboarding new hires Partner with the RGM and AGM on staffing, scheduling, and team development Help manage labor, inventory, and cash control in line with Profit & Loss goals Maintain facility standards and ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
