Shift Manager

Shift Managers earn up to $18 per hour.

Shift managers can earn quarterly and annual bonuses totaling up to $2,000 a year. Shift managers are also eligible for up to 60 hours per year in paid time off, in addition to all the other great benefits. Our restaurants are open daily from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm. We offer flexible schedules with no early mornings or late nights! Shift Managers should have a wide range of availability to work on different days, especially on the weekends. Shifts generally run from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm and 11 am - 9:30 pm.. You will work up to 40 hours per week. Job Duties:

• Lead the store in action and delegation. Develop team members to maximize their contributions and future promotability.
• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures of crew employees and implement corrective actions as appropriate.
• Ensure the continual improvement of Consistent Food Quality, Unexpected Hospitality, Defect-Free Cleanliness, and Accurate Order Fulfillment
• Assist the management team to meet profit goals versus budget and prior year. Manage food, labor, and paper costs and other controllable expenses.
• Assist the management team to ensure protection of company brand and assets through store compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Help to prepare and conduct quality performance feedback and performance appraisals for store team.
• Communicate effectively within the chain of command to all crew members and to the management team.
• Take and provide direction, work well with others, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required for any member of management.
• Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience in the restaurant/retail industry for consideration.
• Food Safety certifications are preferred, but not required.
