Shift Manager, at the Exchange Express, EAFB starting wage of $20.60hr.. Duties include, operations assisting in planning, managing and dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Store hours from: Mon - Fri 0515 to 2130 (9:30pm), Sat/Sun 0800 to 2130 (9:30pm).

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous retail supervisory experience preferred
• Able to lead teams to meet organizational objectives
• Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions

• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to share brand knowledge
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed

Additional Information:

• Starting wage of $20.60hr.
• Flexible Full-time availability needed, rotating weekends. Closing shift availability required.

One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.

THIS POSITION IS AT THE EXPRESS ON ELLSWORTH AFB.THIS IS A RFT MANAGER POSITION 35-40 HOURS PER WEEK AND SHIFTS WILL INCLUDE DAYS EVENINGS,WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.

Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

Performs other duties as assigned.
