WHAT YOULL DO

As a Shift Manager, youll help lead restaurant operations during your shift. Youll: Lead, motivate, and coach Crew Members Create a positive and respectful work environment Position and organize the team for successful shifts Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service Maintain high standards for food quality and food safety Help manage labor and restaurant productivity Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Train and develop employees Communicate expectations and follow up with the team Support restaurant goals and performance Help create an outstanding experience for every customer

Most importantly, youll learn how to lead people and run a successful shift.
