Job Summary
Shift Managers play a crucial role in leading our teams to provide guests with exceptional Southern hospitality. They ensure that our Team Members greet guests with genuine smiles and maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Essential Duties
- Lead Bojangles quality and safety standards by following proper cooking procedures, conducting product calls, maintaining temperature logs, and managing waste.
- Assist in creating and implementing plans to ensure flawless execution of Bojangles standards.
- Handle payments from guests accurately and make change correctly.
- Explain menu items and answer guests’ product questions.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs. as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Cheerful and positive attitude.
- Passion for serving and helping others.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Values teamwork and collaboration.
- Prior cash handling experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products.
