Layne's Chicken Fingers is hiring a Shift Manager for our Lewisville location. Known for its strong community atmosphere and proximity to Lewisville Lake, this restaurant serves families, local residents, and visitors throughout the day. We're looking for a motivated leader who enjoys developing team members, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily shift operations
- Coach and develop team members
- Train new employees on company procedures
- Ensure food quality and service standards are met
- Support a positive and productive team culture
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Address guest concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
