What Youll Do During your paid training, youll learn every aspect of restaurant operations, including: Customer service excellence Food safety and quality standards Team leadership and coaching Inventory and labor management Restaurant operations Scheduling and shift execution Problem solving and decision making Safety, cleanliness, and compliance

Once certified as a Shift Manager, you will: Lead a team during assigned shifts Coach and develop crew members Deliver outstanding customer experiences Ensure food safety and operational excellence Manage labor, inventory, and profitability goals Maintain McDonalds Quality, Service & Cleanliness standards Help build a positive, high-performing team culture

Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Restaurant experience is helpful but not required Reliable transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
