What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate team members to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold Slim Chickens' standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Previous experience in restaurant or retail leadership is preferred.
