Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the SUPEREMARKET  operational performance during your shift. You will create employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure  business  runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with  retail or supermarket  experience. 

Responsibilities: 

• Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
• Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulation 
• work as a head cashier in customer service 
• at closing time make sure store is ready for next day  business
• Cover the shifts of absent employees
• be able to make sales signs

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma/GED
• must have associate degree 
• Previous retail  service experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
