Schedule: Weekend Nights | Fridays (6 PM - 6 AM) + Saturdays (6 PM - 4 AM) + Sundays (6 PM - 6 AM)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Additional training in leadership, operations, or workforce management is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shift Manager, Team Lead, Supervisor, or Operations Coordinator preferred.
• Experience managing employee attendance, schedules, and daily workforce activities.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or warehouse operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments is a plus.
• Proficient with timekeeping systems and basic computer applications.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout the worksite during the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Capable of responding quickly to staffing, safety, and operational needs.
• Ability to conduct on-site orientations, employee meetings, and shift check-ins.

Job Duties

• Lead daily shift operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are met.
• Conduct daily employee check-ins and provide ongoing support throughout the shift.
• Perform on-site recruiting and assist with staffing needs to maintain adequate workforce coverage.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping accuracy, and employee documentation.
• Create and maintain daily schedules and rosters to ensure proper shift coverage.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
• Conduct new hire orientations and reinforce workplace policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
• Support KPI improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with employees and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do

As a Shift Manager you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Duties may include operating equipment, working with customers, handling materials, preparing documentation, supporting administrative activities, using technology, collaborating with team members, or completing other responsibilities appropriate to the position.
