We are looking for a dependable, people-focused Shift Leader to help run successful shifts, take care of our guests, and support our team. Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Lead the team and restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Provide friendly, efficient service and resolve guest concerns
- Coach, support, and hold team members accountable
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and daily operations
- Help train and develop new team members
- Lead by example and create a positive team environment
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Good communication, patience, and sound judgment
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Leadership experience is preferred, but not required
- Most importantly, someone who treats people with respect and demonstrates integrity and accountability
- Driver’s License is required
