Team Leader Responsibilities:
Leading day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful response to guest needs
Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
Be a friendly, encouraging team player
Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
Communicate clearly and swiftly, both written and spoken
Be a pillar of culture for our restaurant
Qualifications and Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong people skills with a desire to serve guests and team members
Strong commitment to superior customer service
Ability to manage team member behavior and performance issues
Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
