About the Role:
Smoothie King in Austin, TX is looking for an energetic and motivated Shift Manager to lead our team and keep the blenders running smoothly! In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving daily operations with confidence and enthusiasm. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead crew members during assigned shifts to ensure efficient store operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards throughout the shift
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation
• Train and coach team members on product knowledge, service standards and store procedures
• Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to store management

Requirements:

• 1+ year of supervisory or shift lead experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership and team-building skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays (will have a set schedule and will fill shifts when needed)
