Certified Shift Manager | $23.50-$25 per hour (McDonalds Management Experience Required - or Start as a Crew Member with Advancement Opportunity) Must be at least 18 years old for this position.

The Pay & Position

• $23.50-$25 per hour
• Certified McDonalds Shift Manager experience preferred
• Candidates without prior McDonalds management experience are welcome to apply - youll start at the Crew Member level and pay rate with a clear path to advance into management

What Youll Do as a Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, youre the heartbeat of the restaurant during your shift. Youll lead your crew with confidence and purpose, ensuring every customer receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience - every single time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and leading each shift for peak performance
• Coaching and motivating crew members to meet McDonalds standards
• Ensuring Food Safety, Quality, and Cleanliness are never compromised
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Managing inventory and daily maintenance
• Delivering exceptional customer service and modeling it for your team
• Communicating effectively with fellow managers for smooth shift transitions
• Assisting with scheduling and training
