This is a hands-on shift leadership role that combines team supervision with warehouse operations, making it ideal for candidates with prior shift management experience and strong communication skills.

Pay & Schedule for Shift Leaders

• Pay: $22.45 Per Hour
• Schedules Available: Tuesday-Friday OR Saturday-Monday
• Full-time opportunity
• Consistent work schedule

Shift Leader Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates throughout the shift
• Communicate daily priorities, expectations, and performance goals
• Report employee injuries, attendance issues, and operational concerns
• Coordinate with other Shift Leads and management to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with loading and unloading freight
• Scan, sort, and organize products accurately
• Maintain a safe, productive, and organized work environment
• Monitor workflow and help resolve issues as they arise
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed

Qualifications for Shift Leaders

• Previous shift leadership, supervisory, or shift management experience in a Warehouse setting required
• Warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional and confident leadership style
• Ability to work full time in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
