Shift Leader-Team Captain

As a Team Captain (Shift Leader) you run the floor, set the pace, and keep the Guest experience and quality high while coaching the team around you. We're the champions of inspiring people to live a healthy, active lifestyle — 1,300+ stores strong — and we build our leaders from within.

1. Show up to all shifts on time
2. Lead the shift & handle any in store issues (acting manager)
3. Make sure employees know how to refund on OLO & POS, Blend Promise on POS when needing
to remake smoothies
4. All prep is completed by the end of the shifts with accurate rotating
5. Accurately making sure drawers are being checked out to $150
6. Train & manage employees the SK way
7. Fully in uniform with black athletic pants, closed toed shoes with socks, hat/visor, SK
shirt/crewneck, hair pulled up
8. Teamwork & responsibility

What you'll do

• Lead shifts from the floor — direct the team, set the pace, keep quality and cleanliness high
• Blend smoothies and prep/serve our Power Eats food (flatbreads, chicken bites, oven)
• Jump on the register and into the rush when it counts
• Coach and train Team Members; model a "Guest comes first" attitude
• Own opening/closing, cash handling, and shift-level problem solving

What we're looking for

• Some food-service or retail experience, or leadership potential you're ready to grow
• Dependable, calm under a rush, and great with people
• Comfortable coaching teammates and owning a shift
• 18+ preferred for closing-lead duties
