Requirements:
- Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest with great customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation with a current driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- At least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Available to work any time including Saturdays (time off can be requested for special occasions).
- At least one year of previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve guests by taking orders and handling cash and credit cards, while providing respectful and immediate responses to all guest needs.
- Deliver meals to guests and maintain excellent customer service.
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground.
- Stock necessary items to maintain operations throughout your shift.
- Effectively manage and lead a team while maintaining high hospitality standards.
- Coach, teach, and train team members, creating a positive work environment.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder.
